Major and Minor Declarations

Students who wish to declare a major or minor will need to complete a Google form. We have one form per declaration type:

• Declare a major
• Declare a minor
• Undeclare a major
• Undeclare a minor

Some departments have specific requirements that must be met before students can declare. This information is listed on the declaring a major or minor page for students.

After a student submits a form to declare a major or minor, the Registrar’s Office will electronically send you the form for approval. When you approve it, it will be sent back to the Registrar’s Office for processing.
