A Community for Your Journey

Are you in your 20s, navigating work life while trying to stay close to Christ? Looking for authentic community and mentorship? The inVocation Fellows Program connects Christ-followers like you with peers, mentors and thought leaders who will journey alongside you.

Each year, up to 30 selected Fellows form a discipleship cohort to:

• Deepen their connection with Christ through spiritual practices
• Develop essential leadership skills with real-world application
• Receive one-on-one mentoring from mature disciples
• Create and implement a ministry project in their local church
• Learn to navigate faithfully in a post-Christian culture
• Connect faith meaningfully to work and all of life

A Partnership with Churches

For congregations seeking to engage and develop young adult leaders, the inVocation Program provides a proven pathway. Partner churches:

• Connect their 20-something members to a vibrant peer community
• Form Leadership Acceleration Teams to shepherd Fellows
• Receive congregational grants for ministry projects
• Create meaningful intergenerational connections
• Benefit from Fellows’ fresh voices, talents and leadership
