The Hope College faculty is the cornerstone of our excellence in instruction and scholarship.
The provost is the chief academic officer of the college and leads the faculty. As the Office of the Provost, we:
- Provide resources and accountability to faculty for the benefit of students and the overall academic experience for all on campus
- Represent the faculty voice to the broader learning community
- Direct all formal academic convocations
- Coordinate with campus colleagues to continuously improve the learning experience
- Bridge the curricular, operational and co-curricular units on campus to enhance the overall academic program
