Hope College will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts with a special Homecoming Concert on Saturday, October 17, at 7 p.m. in the Jack H. Miller concert hall.

Hope College will host “The Gift of Music: A Memorial Tribute to David P. Roossien” on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 7 p.m. at the Jack H. Miller Center for the Musical Arts.

The Hope College choirs will perform on Friday, Sept. 26, at 5 p.m. in the Pine Grove on the central campus. The concert will feature the Chapel Choir, SPERA, VERITAS and College Chorus, as well as vocalists and instrumentalists from the college’s Department of Music.

The combined choirs of Hope College will perform Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's iconic “Requiem” on Friday, April 11, at 7 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

The Hope College jazz ensembles, joined by acclaimed trumpeter Kerry Moffit as a guest artist, will present “An Evening of Jazz” on Saturday, April 12, at 7 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

The Hope College Orchestra will preview its upcoming performance at Carnegie Hall with a concert at Hope on Friday, April 4, at 7 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

The Hope College Concert Band will perform on Friday, March 28, at 7 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

The Hope College Orchestra is one of only three ensembles, and one of only two from the United States, chosen to perform in the culminating Evening Showcase Concert in Carnegie Hall during the 19th annual New York International Music Festival running Saturday–Wednesday, April 5-9.

The Hope College SPERA and Traverse City Central High School Vocal Majority vocal ensembles will present a joint concert on Tuesday, March 4, at 6:45 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

This year’s Christmas Vespers service was recorded for radio, and will be featured on multiple stations.

The Vespers program of Christmas carols and anthems was presented by the college’s Department of Music and featured more than 200 performers in historic Dimnent Memorial Chapel. The services featured a variety of Hope instrumental and vocal groups as well as the college’s historic Skinner organ.

The Hope College Department of Music will present “Liederabend: German Art Song Recital” on Monday, Nov. 25, at 7 p.m. in the John and Dede Howard Recital Hall in the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

The Hope College Concert Band will present “From glen to glen, and down the mountainside” on Friday, Nov. 22, at 7 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

The Hope College jazz ensembles, joined by bassist Darryl Jones of the Rolling Stones as guest artist, will present “An Evening of Jazz: A Tribute to Duke Ellington” on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 7 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.
