Campus Tours
One group will be led in English and one group will be led in Spanish.

Tours will depart from the north entrance of Phelps Dining Hall.

Meet at the bus for dinner! 
You are also welcome to drive separately.

Our bus will depart from the DeWitt flagpole on Columbia.

5:30–7:30 p.m.

Dinner and beach time
You might want a bathing suit and towel!

Coffee and breakfast items will be served. Meet the leaders of the Center for Global Engagement, who will be working with your students over the next four years!

Meet faculty members representing a range of majors and ask questions about academic life at Hope.

11 a.m.–12 p.m. Family Orientation Session II
Meet key staff from Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), the Academic Success Center, Business Services and Campus Safety.

Meet with the International Student Advisor to learn about Hope's global community.

Family Orientation Session IV
Listen to Hope International and Third Culture Kids sharetheir Hope experience and answer your questions. (Students and families only).

Dinner

You have the option to go to Meijer with your student
Meijer is a large, local store that sells food, clothing, toiletries and other basic items.

Our bus will depart from the DeWitt flagpole on Columbia.
8:30 p.m.

The rest of the evening is yours to spend as you wish. We will look forward to seeing you again in the morning at the student send-off as they depart for Northern Michigan.

If your time allows, we will enjoy a final meal together to close International Family Orientation.

Time TBD Take advantage of a shuttle bus to the Grand Rapids Airport Our bus will depart from in front of the Haworth Hotel.
